The world is changing…

Eating animal products is traditional… right? Of course. Meat and dairy (along with eggs and honey) have been in our diets for hundreds of years. It’s completely normal!

Here in lies the problem…

It’s now been proven many a time that our bodies don’t need animal products to survive – we can get all necessary nutrients from plants, and in fact our bodies can thrive on this form of food! In the western world, we have the privilege to choose what foods we consume. Our dietary preferences come down purely to habit, and taste preference.

If we can choose foods that reduce suffering for animals and decrease the damage to the planet, whilst nourishing our bodies, could it really hurt to try?
